Yes, you can return an item. If you opt for local pick-up, you can refuse any item for a full refund at the time of pick-up. Once you take possession of the item, it is no longer eligible for a refund. For delivered items, you can refuse them at the point of delivery, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is damaged during delivery, the insured mover will cover the shipping and replacement costs. All returns must be made within two weeks of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

We offer personalized service including on site photography, product research, shipping, warehouse storage etc. Once your items are live on our site, we promote them through, social media, digital ads and other selling platforms.
Once your item sells, you will you be contacted to arrange for pick up/delivery. Sit back and wait for your payout 7-10 days after the month closes!!
